Not necessarily good or bad, more like enlightening or interesting. Glenn is coming up with a new concept and we'll have to see how the final model shakes out. It was a little strange having someone who is not even a certified diver try to tell me how I should run my dive shop. And, before anyone jumps on this, I was not talking about Glenn.
