Couldn't find it in the manual

Probably very simple, I do have a vague idea of what to do, just wanted to check first.

I have a Cressi SPG and the inflator hose for my DSS BP&W. Are there any foolproof guides to hooking these up to a MK25AF First Stage? (SP)

Grab allen wrench, remove plug with wrench, slightly lube o-ring with silicone or christo-lube, thread hose into appropriate hole on first stage(can't miss it wont fit into wrong hole), tighten slightly with appropiate sized wrench.

...then repeat with the next hose...
Not too difficult...

I see, thanks. Do I really need to use Christo/Silicone lube? Don't have any around the house, and it's sunday. Leaving for bonaire on monday, so there's no time.

Might be helpful to mention that pressure gauge goes in high pressure port (HP) and inflator goes in low pressure port (LP).

The reason for the lube is so the o-ring won't take a bite and twist and tear as it gets trapped and compressed in the seating pocket. While this is the preferred method the lube gets skipped by many so it's hard to say "need" but rather should IMO.

In a pinch I wipe the o-ring with a finger moistened with saliva, I figure that beats dry rubber contact.

No. Spit works, maybe a tiny dab of extra virgin olive oil. (warm water only, I guess) You got that, don't you? Many thousands of these things have been put together without any lubrication.
