Torben, what's the sea condition this time of year and lately at PG? I plan to dive Sabang next weekend.

I have one additional question. Do you feel that the jet lag from the 15 hour time change from the US will be too much for a short trip like this?

Last time I checked the time difference between PI and the West Coast was only 9 hours, (and one day),UM!!! The jet lag usually hits me hardest on the way back to the West Coast, not as bad going out there.

I would try to stretch it out to 2 weeks, with 10 days a minimum?

I'm Manila based, but from what I know diving wasn't a problem. Getting there in the last two weeks was tricky at times because of heavy sea...

I travel from the west coast of the US to dive. Usually it is longer trips, but i agree that going to asia jet lag isn't nearly the as big a problem as coming back. Once arriving in Asia, the first few days, I have a tendency to wake up really early in the morning and be ready to fall asleep by 8pm...which isn't really a problem for diving. I just sleep in as late as I can every day until I adjust. Going to the US is a bigger problem for me. When I go back to the US I want to stay up all night and sleep all afternoon.
