Pretty much similar to a Chapter 11 American bankruptcy process.

However Aqualung Group are already in an insolvency procedure under French court rules and although process time is given to restructure etc it is by no means certain that a take over or sale will conclude.
With only one guy left at Apeks maybe I should list who is left at Aqualung for fairness and equality. But the Scubaverse article
is one of these company supplied "Hope Dies Last" handouts.

The wise are saying nothing.
Save why buy now when you can buy tomorrow and pay less.
