2. 12.8 mm
3. 1.9 mm (note: at the top, lip thickness warries as it is wider at the bottom)
4. 18.2 mm
5. 53.6 mm
6. 1.9 mm ( side step drooping towards lip)
NO GAS

2. 13.0 mm
3. 1.9 mm
4. 18.2 mm
5. 53.6 mm
6. 1.3 mm
That's right, looks like I was out a bit using a steel rule lolIt seems to me that what defines the depth at which the purge button is pressed is the lip eight on measurement 6.
HiHi.
Sorry for my lousy finger painting on those.
If you could please provide measurements in both GAS side and NO GAS.
1 and 2 are depth from base to outer lip.
3 os thickness of the lip.
4 and 5 are full with and heigh measured from the outside of the lip.
And finally 6 is the distance from the top of the lip to that side step.
Once I make the 3D object I will post it here and test with my XTX50's
Cheers

It seems to me that what defines the depth at which the purge button is pressed is the lip eight on measurement 6. Could you check on your reg if that's where the part ends travel when pressed against the reg?
Thank you.
