Anyone know the apeks inch/pounds of torque specs

Just wondering if anyone know off their head how many inch/pounds of torque Apeks calls for in tightening hoses to the first stage.

I think most people hand tighten and then do it slightly tighter with a spanner, but the service manual says, "Apply a torque wrench with respective crow foot to tighten each hose at the first stage fitting to a torque measurement of 40 (+/-5) inch-pounds".
