Anyone ever get any scuba related nightmares?

Only when I receive my credit card statement after a major gear purchase.:11:

for some reason I had just been "drafted" into the Coast Guard and was late for their annual awards dinner and needed all my dive gear before I showed up.

I think we've all had that one...ha!

That leads to so many funny visuals of people sitting around at those big dinner tables in dive gear.

I used to have nightmares about arriving in Grand Cayman only to realize I'd forgotten to pack my gear.

This is one of the ones I've had, usually that I've forgotten 1 peice of gear. Regulators, Fins...etc and can't do the dive.

This one also is quite common for me. Usually after a Dive trip out of the Country.

Only one.
Once I had a terrible nightmare that I went to my doctor's office for a fisical and was told I couldn't no longer dive.
This was a most tramatic and frightening thought.
Thankfully, it was only a nightmare!

Oh, and BTW.
Not having your mask shouldn't be cause to not dive.
"Except for planned deco dives"
It's a real PITA to read computer without mask.

Mine are MUCH worse ....
I'm on vacation in Mexico and arive at the pier to meet the dive boat.
When I arive the guide meets me on the pier saying ....
"The wind is too strong and waves are too big ,
We no dive today"

I wake up sweating and screaming "AAAAARRGH"!!!

I mean that all your gear will fit in a car trunk.

I only started diving a year ago. Throughout my life I've regularly had dreams that I was underwater, but breathing...not with scuba gear, just -- breathing! Swimming around like it's no big deal, breathing away. Then I started diving, and I haven't had one since.

However, now I'm having a new regular dream -- that I'm flying, but without wings...just up there, flying around.

Should I take pilot lessons?

Yes, it is sad. Actually, I have enough to fill the trunk and the back seat, but it is still sad.
