I want to get an airfill station to do my own air fill at home. Whats the story as far as liability if i start filling other peopls tanks too

This has been covered many times here. Your home insurance can't cover your air to your buddies. And, if you collect the money for the air, it is regarded as a commerical activity, so you need to get the commercial insurance like the dive shop.
