I just don't log dives
Was so focused on the Scorpion Fish, I didn't even notice that striped little creature, just below. Some kind of Slug or Nudibranch, maybe?? Took that last year at Boca Catalina, Aruba. Not the greatest pic, but hopefully sufficient to make an ID.

Looks like a saddled blenny to me. I can not make out its head in the picture, but the pattern sure matches the body.

Another close match could be a diamond Blenny, but I think saddled is closer.
 
Just checked The HR version, zooming in as much as possible. Definitely no fins visible, cross section appears to be a roundish body, tapering out into a wider, flat bottom. _o_ (Sorry, best way I could describe it)
 
I would agree with giffenk that it is a blenny of sorts but if it has no fins then ????

Can you post a cropped close up?
