Ice is to meth that Crack is to cocaine. Is a concentrated form that is usualy smoked but can also be injected or snorted. Problem with Ice is that a high number of people that try it for the first time find out they have cardiac problems and the Ice kills them. That is why it never realy took off on the main land.

Hmmmmm...it seems I've missed the party on this one. Don't even get me started. But if someone would like a Fool-Proof vehicle saftey device it will cost you a six-pack of good beer. Nothing like a pissed off NCO (for those of you who have served) with a bowie knife in your back seat.

Sounds like you need to adopt the Two up Two down method of diving that site just like off a boat. Have a gathering where some of you dive and some sit. It looks like there is a small group of you that dive that site and have a contact point here.
It is bad here in some parts of Florida but not quite as bad as it sounds there.

EB....Sat morning dives are great. Every OW class on the island is there, so there is always someone there to watch your gear. After that weeeelllll.
I think the point is doing night dives at Electric Beach.
How about getting a buddy to drop you off and come back in an hour? You could get one good dive in an there would be no car to break into.
Am I offering? Sure, but you gotta wait until July. I love diving and I can appreciate people who want to get in a good dive. I would be willing to do it. Is anyone else?
Form a circle of diving friends and take turns. Simple. 3 friends. One drives, two dive. The next week, rotate.

I hope this isn't too far off topic... but since Kahe Point Beach is "that side" of the island as Waianae Harbor, do the same things happen there too?
I'm a regular visitor (relatives) and my local friends thought I was crazy to go to Waianae by myself to scuba. I parked at the harbor twice to join a charter boat. The first time, there was a car full of guys just sitting there. I thought, "oh great" but luckily nothing happened.
Maybe it helped that I'm asian.
