"Don't forget to mention that when they show their yearly TV program about drugs they do give out the ingriedents and directions on how to make ICE. Gotta love this state. Can't imagine why they have such a problem. Oh, let's not forget about the cop (15 year veteran) selling ICE out of his house. Not the only cop who got busted making or selling it either. Sorry for the hijack."
Um, Ice has been a HUGE problem in California for over 20 years. Thats where most (90%+) of it is made and then shipped here. The riot at Altamont Speedway with the Rolling Stones in the 60's or 70's is blamed on speed dealing bikers. Making it is not nearly as easy as a TV program would make it seem. Recipes are also widely available on the internet. I guess we can thank the military for developing and using it in the first place to keep the soldiers going and going. I've lost more than a few friends back in L.A. to this crap. There are apartment fires monthly in Hollywood due to people trying to make it. I'm not trying to discount the problem here in Hawaii, but it is an epidemic ALL OVER the country. If you think it's scary here, try driving through the deserts of California. Try to watch THE SALTON SEA w/Val Kilmer. The most realistic depiction of it I've ever seen.
