I just received my Cootwo back from CO calibration and O2 sensor replacement.

I'm seeing 12.0 mV from the O2 sensor in ambient air. What I can find for reference on the PSR-11-35-MD is a max expected output of 14.0 mV when new.

Should I make a fuss, or is this "reasonable" aging for new cell?

Thanks!

Cells have a range of acceptability for mV readings in air. What you're seeing is a MAX voltage in air. That means if it's HIGHER than 14 mV you've got a bad cell. You need to know the MIN voltage in air too, although it is usually less important. Cells that are bad tend to either output virtually nothing, or go way high.

As for your individual cell, 12 mV is within the range for output in air. Your cell is fine.
