Hi all,
Quick trip report from my day out on the Specter. It was a 3 dive trip leaving at 8am from Channel Islands harbor.
There was ripping current on the channel side of the island and poor viz on the oceanside. Water temp was a toasty 67 in the coves an at 45ft 64f. I dove a 3/2 and was a little cold on the last dive.
The trip was all marine park and tons of wildlife. Viz at goldfish bowl was in the 30's, but average for the day was in the teens.
