Don't Japanese toilets have a buttload of buttons on them? Like 10 or more? Maybe that's just an internet hoax. If it's real, I'm pretty sure I'd need instructions, as I'm used to toilets with only one button or lever.And just in case you don't know how to use a modern Japanese toilet:

Also, in places like mexico you are expected NOT to flush waste paper. Even gross used stuff. You're supposed to put it into a trash bin next to the toilet. I can see why visitors might need instructions to the contrary if they're from a country that does it like Mexico.
