I took a new diver out the other day, it was a bit rough, he removed mask and reg before he'd gotten out, he got wiped out, I had to help him. I told him regardless of conditions never remove mask or reg until you are clear of the water

You should make brand new people pay at order time. You can charge separately at shipping time to cover deltas in price or shipping cost.

Once they have developed a track record, give them the usual premium service !
