The Aeris algorithm is pretty aggressive. I dive with an Aeris Atmos AI attached, and a Dive-Rite Nitek Plus on the wrist. The Dive-Rite is deco capable. I have seen several times where I made dives in the 80-100' range and the Dive-Rite shows a mandatory deco stop of 2 minutes at 15 feet while the Aeris still says 10 minutes of NDL remaining.

Depends on your computer set up. If you don't enter into DECO the Aries will put a 3 minute time on after you get above 20 feet (provided you have exceeded 30) but it is not manditory and it won't flash or alarm you. It will dissapear if you surface
