Hi,
I've just bought an old Aeris 500AI with a quickdisconnect HP hose - the computer might or might not be fried, but in the meantime I'm having a hard time finding information on the quick disconnect system and propre handling.

Can the computer (console unit) be soaked/ rinsed when not connected to the HP hose? ie is it waterproof when not connected - I'd imagine that this is the case, since rinsing the connected unit would be quite complicated, but I haven't found anything on the subject.

I've never had a AI unit before, so if there's anything else I should look out for when handling the unit, please let me know.
I'm a little bit worried it might leak water into my first stage as well.

thanks for your help
