big bird i dont agree with you, i dived in oman in musandam and i dived in saudi, and what i found is both the countries are trying to protect the marine life but because the locals are not supporting all this effort.
the law breakers are in both countries, fishermen in saudi and labstor hunters in oman and all of them are harming the marine life there.
i am not Excluding kuwait here, acualy kuwait is the worst
