:crying: i blame the full moon... yesterday was a full blowout!

cadbury chocolate from the snack machine, biscuits i found in a awol PA's desk, a kebab for lunch AND on the way home i got a kentucky chucky original fillet burger :l:

i just went off the rails.... and didnt realy enjoy it either!!

grrrr - well today is a NEW DAY!

a START OVER DAY so lets make today a GOOD DAY!
 
almity - hope you're feeling better today!

The dogs and I are walking again in the mornings after a few days off. One morning was too freakin windy, then the next day was too cold and I snuggled back into bed and the third day we had off Tilly rammed into Dora so hard that Dora was limping all day so I made her just relax for the day.

Feels good to be back out and the mornings have been awesome again (if chilly - gotta start taking my beanie (ski hat for those non-Aussie speakers)!

My girls are good citizens and help clean up rubbish from the beach when they find it - here's yet another plastic bag we've disposed of properly

Oh Sweet Lord in Heaven.....my legs hurt so badly I can hardly walk! LOL
Did an hour of weights on Tuesday morning, 30 minutes of cardio Wednesday night, an hour of wetghts with 30 minutes of cardio last night........and today I can barely move.
I almost called in sick b/c I didn't feel good....body aching all over....and it would have been legitimate...just not the flu.

Ouch ouch ouch.

But the good news is that I spoke with the instructor of the class yesterday and she gave me some good pointers on how to get rid of the little donut I have on my tummy (and, yup, that's exactly what it looks like :))

AND she's going to help me start training for the VA marathons we have here in September...there's a 4-miler and a 10-miler...and I think I'm gonna do one!
 
I went to the pool Wednesday night for Ber's OW class and did probably 30 minutes of underwater lap swimming. The pool is really quenching my thirst for diving (since it's still too cold her for me to dive). Other than that, I'm walking in the mornings- not as much as I want. I think giving up bagels in favor of Special K was a good move, but I haven't tested that theory on the scale. 2 weeks ago I was up 2 lbs (which is when I decided to cut out the bagels) and I haven't been back since.

I made stir fry Alcina style and it was very good- my husband even ate all his.

Hey- I've been meaning to ask- where's Roy been?

yesterday was a baaddddd eating day for me. my office had the "biggest morning tea" for cancer fundraising and there was so much food we (me) ate allll day and it was all the wrong stuff!

i was going to blow off kickboxing last night but i made myself go and i did it! felt better knowing that as bad as i was i did do something

Got to the gym this evening before going to the baseball game - 35 minutes on the treadmill. 1.91 miles and 312 calories.
