Hey, I'm back...traveling around with no time for much of anything.

Trying to jump back on the wagon full force today though...have a healthy lunch planned and John promised to kick me out of the apartment for my class at the gym tonight.
We'll see how it goes....nothing else is going right at the moment......so the emotional eating (bad snacking) is VERY hard to resist......

Welcome back! Emotional eating can be a bear to resist but have faith in yourself. And, if all else fails, ask yourself if it is worth the possible weight gain / extra cardio time / whatever else might be your motivation. That generally works for me, but I lapse more than I would care to admit.

Best of luck getting back on the wagon. :D
 
alcina - how long are you here for?

I land on the 27th and fly out on the 2nd July, I think. Then I'm back again at the end of July for a few days before flying out again on the 2nd August.

Can't wait! It's been years since I've been back to the Bay Area!

Of course, one of my first stops is breakfast at John's but a girl's gotta splurge once in a while, right? :D

i have training at 5.30pm today.... dragging hubby along as today is bring a friend day and the poor man already had a cardio session this morning
 
Naughty, Almity! That's chocolate :D And did you know you can get them here? American Candy & American Groceries - USA Foods Australia and there's another candy one that I can't remember the name of now LOL

Just got back from a very short, but hard beach walk. We did 20 minutes and I thought I was going to die - it was so windy that I could barely breath half the time. Blech.

If you ever need a fix - let me know. There is always the post and I can mail you some. :D But not too many, they are a dietary nightmare.


Workout: 30 minutes on the treadmill (1.75 miles and 274 calories); 23 minutes on the free movement elliptical (1.86 miles and 287 calories). Phew.

starting June 26th, ive just signed up for six weeks of bootcamp with my trainer... or as he likes to be called during bootcamp, big boss blackie!

this times well as my work sponsored training sessions end June 9th so i will still be doing 4 sessions per week but something very different. the 6 sessions finish jsut before our flight to GBR/Lady Elliott so will help keep me motivated for my birthday trip!

yikes!!
 
an hour of cardio last night...killing me this morning.

Was going to go back for a good weight class, but have to interview a new director candidate for my office this morning...and have to work late....gggaaarrrr.....never gonna get back into the swing of things. :(

I'm getting better about eating right...the journal helps...and so do NOT buying the stuff I KNOW I shouldn't be eating :)

Good news......since it's Tuesday, I'll share........I managed to loose 7 pounds in 2 weeks once I left to travel for work...so yesterday's weigh in at the gym was pretty exciting. :D

whats the wedding date again? someone is gonna look like a hottie on their wedding day!!

today was 1hr fitball session with crunches and situps and pushups and lunges and sqauts and other horrible things... im feeling it everywhere today :D
