Hey, I'm back...traveling around with no time for much of anything.
Trying to jump back on the wagon full force today though...have a healthy lunch planned and John promised to kick me out of the apartment for my class at the gym tonight.
We'll see how it goes....nothing else is going right at the moment......so the emotional eating (bad snacking) is VERY hard to resist......
Welcome back! Emotional eating can be a bear to resist but have faith in yourself. And, if all else fails, ask yourself if it is worth the possible weight gain / extra cardio time / whatever else might be your motivation. That generally works for me, but I lapse more than I would care to admit.
