Nah, I'm fine. I'm actually being more outdoor and leaving the computer alone especially what happen to my laptop.

Anyways, just did cardio about 80 minutes and some swimming in the school's pool for about 30 minutes.

So good to feel relief of those writing assignments.
 
After a period of absence due to the Bar Examination and just general laziness, I am back at the gym - with today being my first day there. I took it kind of easy not wishing to stress joints or totally puff myself out though. Hope to make this a more regular thing again though.

Today's Stats - 30 minutes (+5 cool down) on the treadmill. 2.0-3.5 incline, 3.0-3.4 mph. 1.75 miles, 223 calories.

yesterday and today 1hrs up and down the biggest hill i could find........ and i did 3 times each :multi:
 
Did 4 dives today. One good one and three bad one. The 2nd dive I hit the bottom before I even saw the bottom. 3rd dive was no better and 4th dive I called it after I hit the wreck before I even saw it.
 
Is it too late to join up? I'm still suffering from overeating two Christmas's ago.....lol. I did 2 dives yesterday and 2 today (after almost a year of no diving), so do they count as my beginning cardio workouts? I have to work as a teacher and tutor before and after school to pay for my new scuba habit, so I'm going to try to walk the track during my planning period (hah! What planning period????). Otherwise, I'm going to try to get to the gym 3-4 times a week, dive at least once a week, and do yoga (since I saw it's an acceptable activity) a couple times a week. Or maybe I'll try dancing while watching, "So You Think You Can Dance?" on nights when my roommate isn't home....lol. Being accountable makes people more motivated to stick to any program. Glad you suggested it!

Hi all! Haven't posted in a while, but I'm still jumping into the gym nearly every day to do my cardio...gradually working up the duration and intensity. Adding in weights when they're available. Always do ab work and it seems to be paying off.

Went shopping today and could actually fit into a size 4 :D It was only one skirt though (but I HAD to buy it)......all the other pants were a 6......still 3 sizes smaller than I was in June :D
 
well i meant to go for a walk but that nasty cut on my heel reopened so im hobbling around

grrrrrr - maybe i should try swimming in the meantime!
 
I'm in if it's not too late.

It's depressing not being able to hoola-hoop through a Cheerio anymore.

That and the fact my wife makes me look bad when we work out.:coffee:
