Just poppin' in for a sec. You guys got me motivated with this thread, several months ago. Since then, I have been busting my butt (literally) to get into shape. Guess what? Had a doc's appointment, the other day, and I've lost 36 pounds since my last visit. Woohoo!!!!

Wow you guys amaze me!!!
I am getting up at 4:30 every morning and riding 6-7 miles on the bike. But now I have a desk job, and it sucks!!!!
 
Hmmm....nothing much yesterday. Did my writing essay for socialogy class and thats about it.

1. ate food under 1,000 calories

2. Pretty much nothing else!

Was supposed to go diving today...:( but had to cancel it in order to meet with the Professor to check up on my writing so pretty much a big miss for me...:shakehead:

I feel sad...:bncry:
 
ugghhh - big cut on my foot means im hobbling around and can barely walk

BUT

last night went out for dinner and choose a chick salad so did pretty good!

one day at a time..... one meal at a time

Yay! I finished my assignment. I guess I could count that as an exercise because my brain was thinking really hard and long. Oh and I'm eating under 1,000 calories. Anybody know if that is bad or good?
 
roy, considering your stature and size the italian in me says no but maybe its time you stopped by the college clinic to ask the pros???

last night a 30min walk around shelley beach and a gluten free organic dinner so taking it one meal at a time
