Piece of cow? Oh don't worry, I've had worst or better. :D Thats why Amity doesn't allow me to come visit her, she is probably afraid I might eat all the birds there. :D The roast dog in Vietnam however didn't agree with my stomach though....:confused2 that was until I finally found out about a few days after I visited my relatives did I learn that chicken thingie wasn't chicken at all, but the diving over there made it all up so I had a great time over there. :)
 
As a doctor of shrinkology I can assure you that if you can stick with a program for 21 days it is easier for that to become a habit (for either good or ill).
