I'm going to try to get up and about today. My left ear is totally sore and my throat hurts so not sure how the ol' diving will go this weekend. Have a wedding to attend tomorrow but we'll see how Sunday shapes up.

I've only just joined today - not to late to start on Sept 1st is it?? It's a month before I head off to Truk so could do with some encouragement to lose a bit of weight and get a bit fitter for the trip.

I think those little Fujis are super cute I might take a look at their new one when I am back in the US in November...can you tell I'm hanging out to SHOP!!!!

That is one funky photo, though. Glad they are stepping up without hassle to get it fixed for you. I'll take our little waterproof Oly to the beach today if I remember and if I feel like I can make it.

i think i got Alcinas lurgy as last night i was feeling really queasy and had to lie down for an hour or so... thankfully we pretty healthy, depsite being overweight, so i think my body fights off bugs pretty well. must be all those organics and being medicated (antibiotics, penicilnin ect) free for about 20yrs

in the office today so no workout yet but will do tonight
