Not much for me yesterday - a 15 minute brisk walk, that's all. Day just slipped away.

Not expecting any loss in weight this week - haven't been taking care of myself very well! Should be back on track today, so it's all good...and getting "off track" is just part of normal life for me so if I can maintain for a week of it I know I'm doing ok overall!
 
I've sort of been taking this challenge since last July without realizing it I suppose...

I walk at least 2 miles every day just taking public transit to work and back and walking to lunch.

Climbed for 4 hours at Carderock yesterday.

Today aside from the walking I think I'm just going to do some lifting though... picking beers up, drinking from them, and putting them back down.
 
heheheheh - well except for the beers GREAT GOING!

and i agree on the walking to public transport! hubby was taking the bus last week and we figured he was walking a few miles a day by just doing that!

Did the exercise machine using the fat burning setting. Gonna go back to how I lost weight and also gonna eat right too. :)
 
I'm trying to redeem myself so I can start posting here... Did 10 dives in 4 days in Tobermory last week. Sat on my butt for a few days. And then yesterday I decided to start up walking again- I did 3 rounds (no jogging- some of you know what happened last time :( ) and I'm getting ready to head out for 3 more rounds today. I imagine the big circle at the part is just over 1/2 mile, but I'm really not sure.
 
An hour of cross training last night...the teacher of the class made us run around the track of the gym where everyone was lifting weights...broght back horrible nightmares of High School Gym class!
