Beautiful birds! 
I've been continuing in the gym (Mon-Fri) with 1/2 hour cardio on the elliptical and then weight training doing 3 sets of exercises. I alternate days for upper body and lower body but do back and stomach every day that I'm at the gym. On Sat. and Sun., I'm using the treadmill with a 2.0 incline for a little over 2 miles.
