Whoops! Even though I've been slacking on posting in this thread, I at least haven't been slacking at the gym.

Tuesday - did 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour with a personal trainer (lower body - l.b. - workout)
Wednesday - did 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour with a personal trainer (upper body - u.b. - workout)
Thursday - did 1/2 hour cardio and 1/2 hour l.b. workout, and
tomorrow...errr...later today (Friday...working 3rd messes with my "days"), I'll be spending 1/2 hour doing cardio and 1/2 hour u.b. workout.
 
Thanks, Firecat - it's one cat in two photos ;) His name is Boof and he's about 12 years old. He's the smallest of our three.

I'm struggling today. Yesterday I ate well with lots of fruit & veg and water. I did a 10 minute and a 15+ minute brisk walk, 50+ minute beach walk and 11 minutes on the elliptical before my ankle gave out. I did eat more salt than usual as I munched on a few rice crackers, but maybe only two more than I usually have in a day. All day I felt blah. I know some of it is due to some family things that are going on, but...

Today I feel gross - just totally fat and blodgy. I hit the scale and it has creeped up again. I know there are daily fluctuations and so intellectually I'm not freaked, but mentally I'm just - bah humbug.

Still going to take today one step at a time, but so far this morning things suck.
 
Awww....my eating has costed me big time. But today and tomorrow and the rest of my life, I'm going to get back on track and today, didn't eat too much. :) Did 2 great dive today and now my dive count and bottom time is climbing.
 
hi guys and lets keep going..... must be a full moon, first Roy and now Alcina... look for a positive guys and make today a new day!!!!!!!!!1

just home from walking to the city express bus.... looking forward to his last day at the conference tomorrow so i can take it a bit easier on the pace :D

but - its getting lighter!!!! this time last week at 6.15am it was dark and now its light :multi:

summer is on its way!!!!!!
 
i would say it does TG! there is something theraputic about weeding isnt there!!
 
Hi all! I didn't manage to work out much...but did avoid the "horrible for you" foods my parents always manage to have in their kitchen when I come to visit :D

I'm back though...and once I get over wanting to kill my cats for chewing through 2 power cords while I was gone, I'll get to work.

stupid cats...my mother swears they chew through cords to tell me they're mad at me for leaving them behind, but power cords!?!?!? And I'm about to travel for nearly 3 months straight! I was gone for 4 days with someone to look in on them twice a day...what am I gonna do for 3 months? I'll come home and nothing will work!!!

Right now, I'm hating John for wanting the dumb things in the first place and then leaving me here to deal with them.
