If you want to increase your workload and distance walked you could volunteer to retrieve Digger's ball when he takes it out and drops it in the water instead of laughing at me while I do it.

Only 15mins this morning. Had to move the car (long story) from where it was parked so that ate into my 'running' time....

Diving this evening! :D and tomorrow and sunday - woohoo!
 
Okay, did another cardio workout, but didn't do too much weight training. Tomorow gonna go diving and don't wanna get bad cramps underwater.
 
I've been remiss in logging in .... (especially with the server upset lately) -

Friday - 30 min on the treadmill
Sunday - 35 min on the treadmill
Monday - 35 min on the treadmill

Hard getting back into it after having been out of commission while studying for the Bar.
 
Yesterday I did 2 brisk 10-15 minute walks and a beach doggie walk - we did the same distance we usually cover in 45ish minutes in 38 so we kept up a good pace! Also did a bit on the elliptical.

i have been walking every morning up and down hills 3 times for an hour!

i actaully feel a bit less blobby so it must be doing something!
 
OH NO!! Ate out of control again...now I'm feeling sad...:( Oh well, back to the cardio elip-whatever machine and back again. Plus gotta get some hair growing shampoo, pulled out my hair despair and now gotta have hair again. :) Can't look like one of those kung-** chinese bald people now. :D
 
I've been so busy helping my mom pack and move that I haven't logged in and recorded stuff.

Friday - 37 minutes on the treadmill running/walking (it's getting to be more run than walk - finally) with a 2.0 incline
Saturday - no "real" workout but helped mom pack the truck and boxes
Sunday - no workout...drove the truck 11 hours **ouch**
Monday - no "real" workout but helped mom unload the truck
Tuesday - no "real" workout but rearranged/moved more stuff

At least I get to go back to a "real" workout tomorrow. I'm exhausted from all this moving stuff. LOL
 
Just came back from vacation. Backpacked 80 miles of the AT in Penn for 4 days, one day whitewater kayaking on the lower Yak and one day caving 350 feet down. Had a great time. Lost 10 pounds.
