northern diver - now that sounds like fun!

Just a 15 minute brisk walk for me yesterday. We had a very stressful morning due to some family issues and all the adrenaline pumping in my system for those few hours just drained me completely. I think I'll be ok today but we'll see - I have another long path in front of me now.

this mroning had a bit of a sleep in then kicked out of bed for my walk..... 3 times up and down hills again for an hour

at the end i was feeling pretty good and strong and thought i was moving well.... until i got taken over by some red headed 8yr old on his way to school!

oh well.... he may be faster but i have credit cards :D
 
oh - and i forgot to say that its my birthday on friday SO WHAT does my mother give me for a present today.... the biggest ******* box of chocolate you have ever seen!!!!

i smiled, said thank you and when i left her house i drove straight to hubbys office and gave it to him to hand out to everyone....... what was she thinking, it wasnt even Cadburys :shakehead

Anyways, did 2 dive at my favorite site and did saw a ghostly light which I'm still confused by it.
 
Exercise for this week:

Monday: Morning run 35mins
Tuesday: GYM at lunchtime (30mins)
Wednesday: A bit of cycling and went diving on the Eastside of Gibraltar in the evening. 36Meters, big big currents - I didn't hit deco - honest....:blinking: - But fantasic viz!
Thursday: Morning run 38mins

Here comes the bad news for today:
I've eaten two, yes ladies and gentlemen - two chocolate bars one after the other today :shakehead::shakehead::shakehead: a total of 487cals, 26.6g of fat and 55.2g of carbs!!!- All within 5mins....:no

Not happy with myself...
 
Yo people! Guess who is back! Yep! oof! It's been nearly a month, and with all the mess happening with the servers, well, that did not help. Things seem to have settled down a little, so what's the scoop? Almighty still rewarding with vegemite covered tim-tams? Roy still misbehaving? Ah! so much catching up!

and Trickster.... what was the situation for you to eat the choc bars? and let it go...you have done a FANTASTIC job so its just a little bump in your day so let it go and continue as you have before :hugs: i know its so easy to fall off so hold strong!

just home from a morning walk... 60mins up and down hills 3 times

now off to enjoy a brunch breakie.... i wont over indulge too much thought :D
 
Wednesday - Core Secrets DVD 25 minute workout
Thursday - 36 minutes on the treadmill with a 2.0 incline
