:coffee: Hi All! I have fallen way off the wagon for checking in here! But I have been keeping busy! Did a 2 tank dive last saturday. Tried out the new equiptment...really cool! and hope to get another in on the 10th before heading to VA Beach for vacation. As for my weight I gained 5 pounds! I am up to 171! :( Can't figure it out:confused: ...but I guess I need to up it a notch maybe do like Jenny and get up early to work out!:palmtree:

I think next time home I'm going to throw the dumbells back in the truck!:sprite10:

The only exercise I have really had has been walking the dog and cleaning house when I was home last weekend, oh well....:sharkattack: I need motivation!
 
dont dismiss the dog or housework..... youre getting the body moving and thats GREAT!

im just home from my 1hr morning walk.... its def feeling warmer out there so makes it easier to face when the alarm goes off at 5.40am

Acckk!! Just did a tiring workout. 70 minute cardio and lost about 1,100 calories. I was watching Finding nemo on my Ipod so kinda got into it! ;)

And did a 30 minute weight training so I'm set to go.

Speaking of which, I don't know where to go at the moment...almity, could you help me on that? I'm kinda lost...:shakehead
 
I have followed the principles of the Pritikin strategy for 30 years. It works and you can eat as much as you want of the right foods. Added to daily workouts it is a bulletproof program to shed fat and avoid diseases such as diabetes. It also explains fat craving and how to painlessly avoid the 'fast fat' trap. i love finding nemo.... watched it again last month when we had the plasma delivered!

now... small whine! i just filled my car (fuel prices alone is a whine in itself!) and when it came to paying there were 3 people in front of me. 2 skinny mini chicks, one tall thin guy

they all paid and left BUT when it was my turn the guy at the counter was "do you want to buy some chocoaltes - they are on special, 2 for 1 deals" as he pointed to the mountains of chocolate on the counter

he DIDNT ask the skinny people but he DID ask me!!! :no
 
That's rude, almity! Good for you for not smacking him AND for not buying the choccies!

Did a brisk 15-20 minute walk yesterday plus a solid 60 minute beach walk with friends. We've picked up the pace a bit for part of our beach walk and added some distance...Itry to discretely push just a little bit most days as all three of us are trying to get healthier :)

If you want to increase your workload and distance walked you could volunteer to retrieve Digger's ball when he takes it out and drops it in the water instead of laughing at me while I do it.

Umm, no :) And laughter counts as exercise - two of us get the extra benefit of this while you get the extra distance of retrieving :D :D I'm just so durned proud of how much more we do now than even a month ago! We're all steaming ahead!

BTW - does this mean you're joining the challenge here on SB??

32min run this morning.

30mins in the gym at lunchtime!

I have my training program now, which was done by the personal trainer at the gym for me. Its targeting arms, chest and of course abs!

Went diving last night, 51min dive at around 10meters - work out my SAC rate (sorry for not being 'dorky') - 13ltrs/min!! woohoo!

Graph was incredible! Good work!
