Scuba_jenny...I know, it's just not fair at all, really!

Almity - great job!! 10lbs by October is a worthy goal...I need to figure out mine for August, I need smaller time frames for my smaller attention span LOL

I did this and that and some long walks and a dive over the weekend. Wasn't very good about recording it here, but I was moving mostly so I'm still doing OK...not great, but OK.
 
Well, more pumping iron and less cardio today. :) Gonna build some more organic weight lead. ;)

Good for you! Try not to let that scale bring you down as you grow that organic weight lead!:D
 
Bleech. Plans to get moving again after the Bar examination went out this window. Got a nasty cold - haven't felt this crappy in a LONG time. Hoping to get it out of my system by tonight or tomorrow so that I can recup, get back in the swing of the gym and go diving next weekend. Wish me luck!
 
Went out and did some gardening and fed some creatures that Jamie would completely freak out and watching how nature is brutal. :D Also went to the aquarium at the tidepool and pet a cute little swell shark. It was so soft and cuddly. :blinking:

Swell Shark? - Never heard of one.

As to me, well I went to the gym today at 08:30 with a personal trainer and got a program worked out - which is cool! Upper body mostly. She is going to work out my ideal weight and some other stuff this afternoon. Currently at 14.2% body fat!! :eyebrow:

Tomorrow running in the morning.
 
legs are sore but the mind still willing so another 1hr walk up and down hills this morning!!

hubby doing a great job waking me up and pushing me out of bed!!
