Yesterday was a pretty good day for me.
First did 8 solid minutes on the infamous e-machine before my left knee was jello - but it recovered pretty quickly, so that was a nice change.
Did a short, brisk, loaded with 10+kgs in my backpack walk - love being able to walk for my errands instead of taking the car. It's a bit of a luxury that I know most of you don't have.
Did a 55 minute beach walk at a good pace with friends and the dogs.
Did TEN WHOLE MINUTES on the e-machine after dinner before the ol' knee started to wobble. I think I could have pushed it for a minute or two more, but didn't want to toast the knee and thought discretion was the better part of valour! We'll see what today brings...

OH yeah, and decided with friends that we are 99% for sure doing a dive trip next October!!! Just have to tell the other half
