Hi, everyone! Sorry I haven't been on here more often... been busy, and there's a couple of other threads that have kinda taken my attention over the last few days... well, when I had the chance to hop on here. ;)

I'm still holding steady. 241 today. Still not so good on the exercise front, but eating is not so bad. The next 4 weeks are gonna be kinda crazy for me... lots of work and then vacation. I'll try to check in often though (except when on vacation). :)
 
Well, did a nice 1 hour exercise of gardening and feeding the creatures out in back. Btw Jamie, I found a large jumping spider the size of my finger nail. It was amazing!!! It had large 8 eyes and when I looked at him, he looked back at me and just continued casually walking across the place. :D

ER - a vacation! I'm jealous...I haven't even been able to make up my mind which dates I want to do mine in yet lol Great that you're keeping on with eating pretty good and holding steady, nothing wrong with that imho :)

Anyways did 1 beautiful dive in Half Dome and 1 near Stillwater Cove in Carmel Bay California. ;)

Since I'm just starting here are my current and goal weights.

Current weight: 138 lbs.
Goal weight: 127 lbs.

I have a friend's wedding that I'm attending in Oct. and want the extra pounds gone by end of Sept. :)
 
I have been slacking so much lately. However, I did get out yesterday and jog my 2miles. Then I pulled weeds for a while till it got too hot. Today I was out pulling weeds again.
How come it takes so much work for the pounds to come off, yet they go on so fast? Yikes, I have gained 10lbs!

well kicked out of bed by hubby (with my permission btw) and walked for an hour up and down hills!!!!!!!!!

Oct 3rd is a mini-goal date for me to loose at least 10lbs!

just had a healthy brekkie and packing positive foods for lunch!

woohooo - LETS KEEP GOING!!!
