Hello everyone.
Hope everyone is still on track with the cardio challenge. I've not been reporting on a regular basis (please forgive???).....I've lost 20 pounds since February and remain very active. Today's goal - 40 minutes eliptical machine, 20 minutes treadmill and some weights.
How is everyone else doing?
