1. Worst tube bending I've seen in 40 years. You can bet the guy who did it never worked offshore. Probably an ex garage mechanic or a Harley lead hand.
If that is the worst you have ever seen, you need to come visit some local shops.
The back of my personal panel is worse but it was also the first tube work I had ever done and I was re-using old already bent tubing.

Update. After ordering 316ss fittings, hoses and getting hydro done on the K bottles, i filled up the system. Two and a half hours later, I have 6 bottles each paired up on 3 banks @4500 psi. I installed JIC #4 fittings from the new PMV valve to the panel, and on each tank to bank valve. On the 5406E compressor I replaced every filter i could find. Including oil, air intake, purification, and coalescor. Along with a new Parker check valve i also installed a new PMV valve and CO passive monitor. The previous owner of the compressor had the PMV valve plumbed wrong. I learned this along the way and no one looking at my original post photos noticed this. As of today I have not tested the air. The air does smell and breath well on the surface as well as being very dry. This has been a very fun and expensive summer project. The compressor and fill station were aquired seperatly from different States for a fair price. I have learned more about breathing air than i thought was possible. Having a home fill station was never about saving money. Instead it was an oppertunity for me to learn about a system I knew nothing about. Thank you everyone. 20241012_161121.jpg20241012_161210.jpg

Oh, Dear.

Yes, your PMV was certainly not correct. I didn't catch it, but then, free advice is worth what you pay for it. :D

Haha! No worries. It is 1000% plumbed correctly now. Very happy with everything.
