Hello,

I've recently purchased a used Sealife Dc7100 with no strobes.

I've come across some used YS-D2's for only slightly more than a (new) sea dragon duo x2. Looking at the raw numbers, the YS-D2 seems to have a guide of 32 vs 20 with the sea dragon. Sea&Sea lists dc7100 as being compatible for TTL.

However, the compatibility chart does not mention any adapters needed to achieve TTL. I assume I just get the optical cables that sea-life sells to connect them and get TTL?

Has anyone used this combination of strobe+camera that can comment on how well they work together?

Can you confirm the model of camera? SEA & SEA does not list any Sealife cameras in their matrix.

You're right. I was mistaken. I didn't get the Sea&sea strobes as a result, but I forgot about this thread.
