I am 6' 2" 220 lbs. I use single 120's. I love the tanks. Honestly I don't notice much of a difference carrying an aluminum 80 or my HP steel 120 other than taking weight off my weight belt.

But I agree, a 120 better suits a taller person, since the tanks are tall.

I don't plan on diving doubles, but having the extra air is nice, even if I don't use all of it. Unless I am diving very shallow, with air, I have to come up due to NDL time, not air quantity. With EAN you can get the air/NDL closer and really utilize the extra volume.
 
I am 5'10" and use a 120 it is just touch tall for me. Once in the water it isn't bad though.
