I'd go for the p-valve. It's very simple and easy to use. I wear one for any drysuit dive no matter the time. It's nice to be able to drink as much liquid as you like and just go whenever. I wouldn't even consider the depends option as a man.

It was the medical grade adhesive that I was reading about, and removing that adhesive, that I was wondering about. Ouch.

So..., do you put a zip tie around part "E"??

Many condom catheters come with an adhesive on the inside, to keep the thing from slipping. It is easier to remove it with warm/hot water.

I have an acquaintance who says he uses surgical tape to do the job, though.

I'm completely oblivious about dry suits, but doesn't a catheter fit inside you (instead of the other way around)?

Ouch, it hurts just thinking about it. It isn't, it is more like a condom with attachment for tubing at the tip.

Gross, just Gross.

I've been diving in drysuits for almost 20 years and have yet to soil myself, nor met anyone who did. Unless you have an actual medical condition it's not going to be a problem. Just follow a few basic tips: 1) Stay hydrated but stop taking on fluid an hour before diving. 2) Visit the bathroom before zipping up the drysuit 3) Feel free to call the dive early due to Yellow Alert

P valve takes a little sorting out when you first start but once you have it down its the only way to go. I wouldn't even consider diving dry without one. Rochester wide band catheter condoms..
