Hi , I just came back from Lembeh and I have quite a few nudibranches that I could not indentify. I have taken videos on a rather cheap camera "sony RX100" and taken a "frozen" image of them. So please excuse the poor quality of some images.

A few more from Saturday at Peirce Island in Portsmouth, NH. Water temperature is down to 34f
(1c) but we had over 40ft (12m)+ of visibility!

Edit: I figure I should add these are what we call fllabellina sp "verilli." Verrilli are not the official scientific name but supposedly that is what he was going to call them when they were first cataloged? I guess that makes them Coryphella sp now?

We also have lots of coryphella verrucosa and dendronotus frondosus at this dive site too.

Freewillow, i believe most if not all nudies you saw in lembeh are identified in my Flickr album here

Thank you Visnu. You are right, a lot of my nudies from Lembeh are on your beautiful serie of pictures. However, I cannot find the identification of each species. Where is the information? Thanks again.

My favorite nudibranch is Antiopella barbarensis, formerly Janolus barbarensis. I rarely find more than one or two each year, sometimes going a few years between finds. Until last week, I had never found more than two on the same dive. I found a new reef that I call Biodome. It has more marine life than any nearby reef. It's what Palos Verdes diving used to be. In the past week I've found more than two dozen Antiopella barbarensis, including one laying eggs yesterday. It was the first time I had seen that.
