Inventory Issues?

I understand what you wrote in the post before and am not looking to argue. My concern was that I identified Deep 6 regs as the ones I wanted to buy as the first I own , but am unable to buy them because first the 1st stage din and now both 2nds are out of stock. I saw new wetsuits and computers. Personally I thought it was strange that a regulator company would not have regulators for sale and wanted to ask you prior to moving on to another brand.

I wasn't trying to argue, I was just wondering how you arrived at the question of if we are 'phasing out regulators'. It seemed rather out of place given the context of the thread. I was truly curious.

As previously mentioned in the thread, we are temporarily out of stock but have more on the way. I also took a moment to explain why packages weren't visible. Besides the packages, the DIN 1sts and 2nd stages are individually visible on the website. The demand for our regulators has been larger than expected this year, so we have been playing catch up with production.

Our time and resources have lately been split since we have been adding several new products to our line like the computer and neoprene products. Stay tuned, we have more items coming as we gear up for the holidays. We look forward to your reg order

I have until December so I can wait a while longer.

we will have by Dec. WE had to refuse some regs (first stages) over QA issues otherwise would have had some in stock two weeks ago. Sorry for the delay

If you can afford to wait, borrow or even rent something till Deep6 gets stock it’s well worth it. I wanted DIN, but they only had yoke available so went ahead and pulled the trigger. Glad I did when I did.

I think @cerich mentioned in some other post that stocks should be coming in for Deep Six in 10 days or so.

Every company should bump complaint threads. It’s always a good idea..

That said the regs just arrived a hour or so ago but don’t buy for a few more hours because we are getting some sales in the system and you will pay too much.

That's probably the best reason possible to be out of stock on something. Quality control prevented customers from getting bad gear. Huzzah!
