No report on subject of this thread, no website, apparently unable to print cards for six or seven months. I'd look to see if there was a provision in the bylaws for firing the entire board on a no-confidence motion, but how can I look without a list of by-laws, and how do you vote without a list of members? Would anyone trust a vote when the organization can't print a c-card?

Anyone else read the court filings and list of charges emailed from the NACD to members? I did it doesn't look too good in my opinion

Looks like 10% of the members can call a special meeting, but there is no recall ability. So, you can go and complain, but no one has to listen to it.

On another note, I hear that Larry Green is sniffing around NACD again.

I don't know what you mean by "sniffing around" but the official word from their Facebook group is he is acting TD until they find a permanent replacement. The official word is he has zero interest in the position long term, and is doing it as a favor to the NACD and to Rick. Unofficial word I've heard from others is the same: he has absolutely zero interest in the permanent TD position.
