Amazon has them too (the source in your link "scares" me)

I just found the first picture of the item and gave the link. Yeah, I'd probably look around to find it at one of online stores I normally use, and check the price and shipping as well.

You can sew a loop of webbing with a home sewing machine... Just need to get some " E " nylon thread...

Ideally, I'd like them on the shoulder strap for flashlight(s), camera, etc. I'm a recreational diver, so nothing technical is needed. I find myself snapping them to the end of the shoulder adjustment strap, which is far from ideal and a real pain while gearing up and off. I currently use the one on the bottom left pocket for my SPG and the one on the upper right pocket for a fin/mask carry strap.

I would use carabiners for this.

IDK why, DiveInn (ScubaStore) is a large online retailer in Europe - sort of their LeisurePro.

Just don't buy regs/computers from them in the U.S. since the warranty is also thru Europe. Some items will even show unavailable for shipment to the U.S.

I morphed a couple of the suggestions, and came up with these, stainless quick links, less than $5 each at Home Depot. They slide right into the loop above the shoulder strap buckle, and a snap clip hooks in with no effort.

Thanks for all the help!

I have used these and taken them off - you may find these don't work as well as expected - or at least mine did not. Most double ender's or bolt snaps don't clip into these very well. YMMV :D
