Water temperature this morning at the Capri cove, Lake Wallenpaupack 33 F, no ice, vis a wonderful 6-7'. Air temp this AM 22 F.

I will be there in a few weeks to enjoy your tropical, warm weather.

OK. Due to rain and promises of another date we skipped the dive tonight but my wife helped me "hack the matrix" and we posted some videos.
This is the Mantis Shrimp and puffer fish I posted about from last Tuesday.
Sorry it is kind of long I wanted to include the full behavior.

Great video. I felt bad for the puffer watching its mouth at the end. Good choice of music too.

Circle of life but I'm just really glad they don't get up to 90 pounds.
Hard to tell from the video but that shrimp was only about 2.5 inches long and I've seen some monsters at the bridge.

awwwhhh.... sadly, it's the circle of life, and while we see mostly the good stuff, life (and death) goes on. It's a cruel, tough world.

Very good video. Thanks for sharing

I even heard about temp:76 and almost switched to 3 mm. I am glad I did not. I got 73 on saturday

Went Sat and was very windy with a lot of chop but vis was pretty good.
Saw lots of octos and a few new critters. Big surprise was I read the temps were warming up so I switched back to my 5 ml and froze my ass off. Had 73 on both computers. Going back today better insulated for sure. Will posts pictures later for both days.
