Here are some of my pics from Cypress Springs on Saturday. They don't compare to Hetlands, but thought I'd share them anyway.

Great photos Pam! The only difference between our photos is the camera we use. If we traded cameras you'd be hard pressed to tell who shot what.

It was great meeting you, and hopefully you'll join us for our next Cypress trip too.

Did anyone ask the folks from Germany if they actually do the Chicken Dance over there.
When I was in Germany I saw folks doing the chicken dance. And the chicken dance was played in just about every Gasthaus bar I ever visited... but, as far as I could tell, the folks who were actually *doing* the chicken dance were the American tourists.
:)

The Chicken Dance is likened to MacDonalds. The largest grossing MacDonalds in the world is in the basement of Frankfurt am Main Airport. However, nobody eats there.......... The Chicken Dance is played at every Gasthaus and party from Germany to the resorts in Spain. But nobody does the Chicken Dance....... The fun that we have with the Chicken Dance at Vortoberfests is goading Rick into doing it..... Which will more than likely never happen.....

..... The fun that we have with the Chicken Dance at Vortoberfests...
There were quite a few chicken dancers this year. It was great fun to watch... neither Tommy nor I danced, but we both encouraged those who did.
:D

The best dancer of them all was Nil's little sister Merritt in that XL Vortoberfest tee-shirt. Man - she put us all to shame. Didn't speak a word of English until about 5 months ago and is fluent today. Impressive youth...... Indeed!! Off course - she is one of those from Deutchland who do not do the Chicken Dance in school.......

Thanks everyone for the props on my photos. Of course, how could I go wrong in such clear water with so much light. As for my diving, I credit all the great instructors I've had at AS2, including you.

Thanks Alex, just let me know when. I'd love to explore other springs in the area too.
