Forrest Guide: Just look at a map of where you want to go, find a dive place and read their website. If you read every single one in every single location you ever dreamed of diving I'm sure a great number will have deals like I stated, especially in Third World Economies.

I've done exactly what you have done here before, not read and comment. I didn't think it was appropriate to "solicit" low cost diving with details in my first couple of post. It's just something I am doing this December. Again, just simple old fashioned reading to gain more insight & knowledge.

If you are serious - I lived/worked in Hermosa/Manhattan Beach for 12 years, was a resident of Colombia and went through CA 3 times, so...we have common things we can talk about.

Not sure about going back there, but I know Bogota like a 2nd home and they make some fine suits & hats, quality textiles overall to the point it is worth it just to fly there to have suits made and buy clothes.

Why don't we get in touch at the end of next week when I get back into SD, maybe we can meet up and dive in Laguna Beach? My new HP120 is arriving next week and I'll definitely be using it by the weekend!

I have been met with less than positive responses compared to that of other new members here. Therefore, until ScubaBoard's members can demonstrate that this is a welcoming site, I will not be "Going Red". Prior, I was about to "Go Red" until some guy just kept harassing me and his post was removed.

ScubaBoard's wealth of information has made me a more informed diver, helped me read real life experiences with products I bought and showed me that there is so much about this sport to learn.

I sincerely hope that I can return to the original state of mind in regards to ScubaBoard as a whole.

I'm going diving at La Jolla Shores Again today! Anyone else diving or dove today?
