Question How old are you and how long certified? Poll- please take part!

Turned 76 last October. 55 years of diving. Did my last two dives Sunday 9 December, 2023 with Dive Tutukaka at the Poor Kights islands, New Zealand. No idea of how many dives but think more than 3000.

Taught my 46 year old son to dive when he was 13 years old. Then made the mistake of taking him on a night dive. He's a bit of an adrenalin junky and after that experience he only wanted to dive at night!

The wife got tired of following me on the dinghy and decided to get certified 11 years ago at age 64. Wouldn't allow me to teach her and took a proper class.

Use it or lose it!

76 in August certified NASDS in late 60’s or early 70’s. PADI / NAUI Recertification in 2010 Rescue Nitrox. Still diving regularly in Florida and a yearly dive charter to Bahamas with my son who’s 54.
