Well, there are a few Maya ruins and the "Pirates of the Caribbean" boat show for those inclined (actually, they serve an excellent lobster dinner on board and lotsa booze). Having said that, I agree that diving is the lifeblood of Cozumel. At least 4 diving days and at least 12 dives would be my suggestion.
