Ok, so I have read people's comments on the Dive Alert, and the various related "horn" devices but can't find any info on the Scuba Horn - this is that yellow device sold on e-bay by a UK outfit (Scuba Shack). Has anyone used it - any comments? It appears to be a direct Dive Alert knock-off with "rated" loudness of 130 dB. At around $25 - not a bad deal but does it work? I am looking for a strictly surface signaling device (no underwater use).
