Hi guys!
I have an xdeep Zen (Medium Size). The length of my inflator is the standard one but when i bought the hose to plug it to the tank it's actually too long (I took one of 60cm) .

I'd like to know which size did you take ? I'm not sure about 45 or 50cm

Thanks 🙏

Not certain which is 'too long' the XDeep hose or the intermediate pressure hose from tank to inflator... I found that I needed the longest XDeep inflator hose...."medium size"? I have the large steel plate on my XDeep NX Zen...hope that helps....I am 5' 9" @ 170lbs.

60cm in not too long imho. You want to be able to accommodate different tank sizes and change the position of the tank, for that you need to have enough slack.

I dived with 12/15L and doesn't really change anything for now . Position of tank can't be more below and when diving i've the excess on top of my shoulder...

I believe the length of the IP hose will be dictated by the length of the inflator hose and as you stated where your tank sits in the BPW. I like my inflator hose to hang all the way down under it's own weight and then use an IP hose to the inflator that does not have a lot of slack or protruding loop; nor too short and pulling inflator up and away from me. Put your tank in the BPW, put reg on and measure from reg to connector on inflator as it is hanging down. Assuming your tank size/positioning does not vary a lot. Personally I find either too short or too long an LP hose to be a pain; but nothing is 100%.

Actually yes , i was diving last week and before attaching that hose , i've seen that it longer than the attaching point but i didn't have a ruler to mesure how long it was.. but yeah easiest way is to find a tank and do it again with a ruler to be sure

Mine is too long as well. Instead of letting it bend in the air, I just route/wrap it from behind the tank post so it does not look odd..
